The State expected High School student to learn the concept of probability such as determining the theoretical probability of events, estimate probabilities using experiments and compare the two. Probability skills are used in risk management. It is use to answer question like, which outcome has a probability or likelihood of zero (0), meaning its not going to happen. This is an appropriate challenging question to high school student because this is a new concept to learn. They are now learning new instruction on how to compute theoretical probability or likelihood.

The concept of probability or likelihood is very important skill to acquire. More high paying jobs requires training and experience probabilistic analysis. High paying job such as data scientist, data engineer, data analyst, machine learning and A.I specialist are high demand and they all have a good training in probability and statistics.
