In thermodynamics calculation absolute temperature scale should be used. In Standard International (SI) the absolute temperature scale is in Kelvin, K. Because changes in Kelvin is equal to changes in Centigrade. Therefore specific heat for copper alloy is also equal to 0.386 J / g ° C = 0.386 J / g K.
